The error message "US Mailing has stopped" is displayed.

- Unplug the power cable. The screen should turn off after 10 seconds.
- Wait for 2 minutes.
- Plug the power cable back in, ensuring that it is plugged directly into a wall outlet.
- Quickly tap and release the power button to turn the meter back on.
- When the meter is on the Home screen scroll down to the application drawer at the bottom.
- Tap the double-headed arrow on the right side of the application drawer to expand it.
- Tap on Rates and Updates to check to see if there are any updates required for the meter to download.
