“US Mailing has stopped” message on the SendPro C Model with PCN 2H00

The error message "US Mailing has stopped" is displayed.

UPDATED: May 12, 2020
  1. Unplug the power cable. The screen should turn off after 10 seconds.
  2. Wait for 2 minutes. 
  3. Plug the power cable back in, ensuring that it is plugged directly into a wall outlet.
  4. Quickly tap and release the power button to turn the meter back on.
  5. When the meter is on the Home screen scroll down to the application drawer at the bottom.
  6. Tap the double-headed arrow on the right side of the application drawer to expand it.
  7. Tap on Rates and Updates to check to see if there are any updates required for the meter to download.
