Stuck on the message "Please wait" when printing shipping labels on the SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto

Reboot your device and verify the sender address to resolve the message Please wait when printing shipping labels.
Products affected: SendPro® C Lite, SendPro® C, SendPro®+, SendPro C Auto (2H00, 8H00, 9H00)

Issue

When you tap the Print button in shipping labels, the message "Please wait" appears and remains on the screen. The shipping label does not print.

Resolution

Solution 1: Sign out of Create Shipping Labels and restart the device

  1. Sign out of Create Shipping Labels.
  2. Restart the device:
    1. Unplug the power cable. The screen should turn off after 10 seconds.
    2. Wait 30 seconds.
    3. Plug the power cord directly back into a wall outlet. Check that the wall outlet is functioning correctly.
    4. Quickly tap and release the power button to turn the device back on.

Solution 2: Verify the sender address

The Please Wait error may appear if the sender address is not a valid mailing address. It is likely you will need to update the sender address to add a PO Box. Log in to PitneyShip on a computer to complete this process.
  1. Log into PitneyShip on a computer.
  2. Select Settings > Address Book.
  3. Select + Add Contact.
  4. Select Sender.
  5. Enter the contact information.
  6. Select Save and Close.
  7. Select Settings > Preferences.
  8. Under Default Sender Address, select the Address Book icon.
  9. Select the newly created sender address from the list.
  10. On the device, tap the Profile icon to log out of the shipping application, and then select Sign Out.
  11. Select Create Shipping Labels on the Home screen to log in.
  12. After logging in, try to process the shipping label again.
