Error: " Access is denied" captured in wrapper logs while starting Spectrum service

Specific user unable to start the Spectrum service.
Getting following error in Wrapper logs:
" Access is denied"


Start Operation of Spectrum service is controlled by the way this service was configured.
Either every local user is entitled to run the Spectrum service or only one particular user (typically an Admin) is entitled to run the service.

Whenever this situation occurs, check the following:

1) Check the service logon account settings by right click on Spectrum Technology  Platform service.
2) If it is other than local it means it is designed to be start by specific user only ( typically an Admin).
