"Shared Services has stopped working" message on the SendPro C, SendPro+

Products affected:
SendPro® C, SendPro®+ (2H20)


The meter displays the message "Shared Services has stopped working" and will not print.


The meter software has encountered an error.


UPDATED: 20 September 2019
You may be able to clear the error by restarting the meter:
  1. Unplug the power cord.
  2. Wait for the display to turn off.
  3. Wait one minute.
  4. Turn the power back on.
