Issue

Poor Envelope Feed

Cause

Envelope side guides set incorrectly
Poor envelope quality
Envelopes loaded incorrectly

Resolution

Set the guides to the envelope width and then back off 1/4 turn
Check that the envelopes are not curled. Try a new box of envelopes. Make sure to fan stack before loading
Load envelopes flap side up with the flap feeding last
