Leave the device plugged in and turned on for an hour if an Android robot icon appears.

The Android robot icon appears on the screen.
Cause
There may be an issue with the tablet battery.
Resolution
Leave the device plugged in and turned on for an hour. If after an hour the display still shows the Android robot icon, please chat with us.
