"Unable to connect to Pitney Bowes" message when installing PCMC on DM Series meters

Error “Unable to connect to Pitney Bowes “ when installing PCMC.


When installing PC meter connect you may get the following error Error “Unable to connect to Pitney Bowes “.

At this stage please press the EXIT button on the error, you will see that the installation screen disappears and the installation is complete.

Please locate the PCMC icon in the icon tray at the bottom right of the screen. Right click on the icon and make sure the meter is detected and that the internet is also detected.
