"Mailing has stopped" error when refilling postage on the SendPro C, SendPro+ (8H00)

The error message "Mailing has stopped" is displayed when you try to refill postage from the postage refill option available under Settings (gear icon in the global toolbar).


Due to a software bug the refill option in the settings (gear) menu will return the error "Mailing has stopped." This will be fixed in a future software update.


UPDATED: April 22, 2020

To clear the error either press the back button or reboot the meter.

Solution 1: Press the back button.

  1. Swipe down from the top of the screen.
  2. Press the back arrow.

Solution 2: Reboot the meter.

  1. Unplug the power cable. The screen should turn off after 10 seconds.
  2. Wait 2 minutes.
  3. Plug the power cable back in, ensuring that it is plugged directly into a wall outlet.
  4. Quickly tap and release the power button to turn the device back on.

Then refill postage.

  1. Tap Envelope Printing.

  2. Tap Postage Balance.

  3. Tap Refill Postage (not Refill Settings).

  4. Enter the Mail Refill Amount and tap Refill Mail Postage.
