Router not found on the SendPro 300

Issue

Router not found error when trying to print a shipping label.

Resolution

You may be able to clear the error by restarting your mailing system and checking the connections:

  1. Sign out of the shipping label app.
  2. Tap on the Shipping label app from the home screen.
  3. Tap on printing tab from the toolbar on the top of the screen.
  4. Tap on Sign out.
  5. Remove the small power cord.
  6. Turn the power off using the power switch on the back.
  7. Wait for the screen to turn off.
  8. Plug the small power cord back in.
  9. Check that the network cable is securely plugged into the blue internet port and the other end of the network cable is connected to an active network jack.
  10. Check all USB cables are connected correctly and securely.
  11. Check the connection LEDs (lights) on the left side of the machine. It may take a minute for the lights to come up correctly.
    • The top light should be blinking green.
    • The bottom light should be solid green.
  12. If the LEDs do not light up, the small power cord is not securely plugged into the back of the machine or to an active power source.
  13. Wait one full minute, then turn the power switch back on.
  14. Tap on the Shipping label app from the home screen.
  15. Tap on the Printing tab from the toolbar on the top of the screen.
  16. Tap on Sign out, then enter your log in email for the shipping.
  17. Try to print a shipping label if you are still getting the error router not found
  18. Verify that your network allows traffic from all addresses listed in the SendPro® 300 Installation Requirements and Connectivity Setup Guide
