The meter displays "Unknown Rate Manager Error"
The meter does not recognize the rate files

You may be able to clear the error by simply restarting your meter. Here are the steps to follow for a safe restart:
- Unplug the power cable. The screen should turn off after 10 seconds.
- Wait 2 minutes.
- Plug the power cable back in, ensuring that it is plugged directly into a wall outlet.
- Quickly tap and release the power button to turn the device back on.
