Resolving the account canceled error on the SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+.

The meter displays "We can't let you in. It looks like your account has been cancelled."


An invalid or outdated email was used during installation.


UPDATED: April 14, 2020

Reboot the meter, then log out and log back in with your user name.

  1. Unplug the power cable. The screen should turn off after 10 seconds.
  2. Wait 2 minutes.
  3. Plug the power cable back in, ensuring that it is plugged directly into a wall outlet.
  4. Quickly tap and release the power button to turn the device back on.
  5. Once the meter powers back up, tap the sign on icon on the upper right corner of the home screen.
  6. Sign out. If you are not using shipping labels, you should not see the message again.
  7. If you are using shipping labels, sign back in with your user name.
