"No Meter Associated" message displays when using Inview online with your Pitney Bowes franking machine

Issue

"No Meter Associated" message displays when using Inview online with your Pitney Bowes franking machine.

Cause

This error message shows when trying to run reports when using Inview if their are no franking machines associated to your account.

Resolution

UPDATED: 28 July 2020
Please follow the steps via the link below to ensure you have the correct billing account linked to your Inview. This will ensure all of the franking machines linked to your billing account show on Inview;
