Issue

PC Meter Connect is reporting error R0052 and will not refill.

Cause

There are insufficient funds in your postage account.

Resolution

The amount of your requested refill exceeds the available funds in your postage account. To resolve this issue, either:

Request a refill for a lower amount, or
Add funds to your postage account
