Business Manager report size too small

Learn how to resolve when the report size in Business Manager is too small.

Issue

In Business Manager, the report is displayed at a small size instead of full screen.

Cause

The Business Manager report preview is based on the paper size of the default printer. The computer's default printer may have changed.

Resolution

To resolve this issue:
  1. Select Windows Start > Devices and Printers.
  2. Right-click on the report printer and select Set as default printer.
  3. In Business Manager, select File > Default Printer.
  4. From the menu, select the Windows Default Printer.
If this does not resolve the issue, contact client support.
