Product affected: SendSuite® Xpress
When processing an international package through carrier PON in SendSuite® Xpress, the error "Validation error: Missing line items on international (Error Code = 10047, Reference = '', Element = International/LineItems)" is displayed after closing out of the Commodity Invoice\SWOG screen.
There is missing data in Commodity Invoice\SWOG section.
ResolutionUPDATED: December 28, 2016
- Open the Commodities Invoice\SWOG table through the Special Service box.
- Add a value to the Item #/Commodity field.
- Close the Commodities Invoice\SWOG table.
- Continue processing the package.
