Resolve update does not run when Install button is selected in Intellilink Desktop version 5 with SendSuite Xpress or Ascent

Products affected: SendSuite® Xpress, Ascent™


When selecting the Install button to install an update in Intellilink Desktop version 5, the Install button becomes disabled, but the update never runs.


The update did not download correctly.
