"Invalid Request. 3316" when processing IOP shipment in SendSuite Live or SendSuite Xpress

When processing an IOP shipment in SendSuite® Live or SendSuite® Xpress, the error "Invalid request. 3316" is displayed. This may occur after IOP is installed or after new IOP keys have been generated.


The IOP key has an invalid digital signature.
