Error 3E82 on the SendPro 300

Issue

The SendPro® 300 displays error code 3E82 and freezes.

Cause

The meter has detected an internal fault.

Resolution

UPDATED: March 12, 2019
Reboot the meter and reconnect the USB cables:
  1. Remove the small power cord.
  2. Turn the power off using the power switch on the back.
  3. Wait for the display to turn off.
  4. On the back of the meter, unplug the USB cables and plug them back in securely, making sure that the green cable is in the bottom port.
  5. Plug the small power cord back in.
  6. Turn the power back on.
  7. Tap the Power button.
