Resolve "Top Cover Open" on the DM100i, DM125, DM200L and DM225

Products affected: DM100®i, DM125™, DM200L™, DM225™


The meter displays the message "Top Cover Open" and will not print mail.


The top cover is open.

To resolve "Top Cover Open":
  1. Close the top cover securely, making sure that the ink tank latch is closed and that nothing is preventing the cover from closing fully.
