Resolve errors requiring a software update on the SendPro 300

Issue

The meter displays one of the following errors:

Cause

The meter has a software issue that may be resolved by a software update.

Resolution

UPDATED: July 18, 2019
You may be able to clear this error by restarting the meter and connecting to the Pitney Bowes Data Center for a software update. Follow these steps to restart safely and check for an update:
  1. Turn the power off with the power switch on the back and wait for the display to turn off.
  2. Wait one minute.
  3. Turn the power switch back on.
  4. Check for software updates. For assistance, see How to perform a software or rate update on the SendPro 300.
If the issue is not resolved after following these steps, contact customer support at 1-800-522-0020 from 8 am to 8 pm Eastern Time. Please have your model number ready.
