Resolve Error 010E on the DM100i, DM225, DM300C, DM400C and more

The meter displays error code 010E.


A failure with an internal component is preventing normal operation of the meter.


UPDATED: September 1, 2017
To resolve this error:
  1. Open the ink door and verify that the shipping tape was fully removed from the print carriage.
  2. Ensure that the green latch over the ink cartridge is closed.
  3. Close the ink door.
  4. Unplug the power cord.
  5. Wait one to three minutes.
  6. Plug the power cord back in, ensuring that it is plugged directly into a wall outlet.
