Error Code: 010A, Resolve on the DM500, DM525, and more

The meter displays error code 010A and will not boot up.


The mailing machine detects the meter but cannot communicate with it.

The base is detected but there is no response:
  1. Turn the power off with the power switch; wait for the display to turn off
  2. Remove the meter from base
  3. Check for any paper or debris on the connectors
  4. Replace the meter on base firmly
  5. Wait three minutes then turn the power switch back on
