Issue

The meter displays error code 22 and will not refill.

Cause

You have exceeded your monthly refill budget.

Resolution

Try to refill your meter for a smaller amount.

NOTE: You may also see an error message: Refill exceeds monthly credit limit.

If your issue is not resolved, contact customer support from 8 am to 8 pm Eastern Time to check on your budget amount. Have your model number ready.
