Issue

The meter displays error code 21 and will not refill.

Cause

Your postage meter has reached its lifetime postage limit.

Resolution

Your postage meter has reached its lifetime postage limit, which means that you may no longer be able to add postage to your meter.
Try refilling your meter with a lesser amount.

If your issue is not resolved, contact customer support from 8 am to 8 pm Eastern Time. Have your model number ready.
