Error Code: 010E, how to resolve on the DM100i, DM125 and more

The meter displays error 010E and will not print.


Your meter has detected an error with the internal printer.

To resolve this error, use the following steps:
  1. Open the ink door and check that the shipping tape was fully removed from the print carriage
  2. Ensure the green latch over the ink cartridge is closed
  3. Unplug the power cord or turn the power off with the power switch, wait one minute
  4. Plug the power cord back in, ensuring that it is plugged directly into a wall outlet
