Expired date in FedEx rate table in SendSuite Live

Learn how to resolve a message about an expired date in the FedEx rate table in SendSuite Live.

Issue

SendSuite Live displays a message stating that there is an expired date in the FedEx rate table.

Cause

The FedEx rate expiration date has passed.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, follow the steps below to download new FedEx rates.

Important: This must be done on the computer where the FedEx Ship Manager Software (FSMS) is installed. This is usually the same computer as the SendSuite Live application server. You may need assistance from your IT department in order to access it.
  1. Make sure that the computer has a working internet connection.
  2. Select Start > All Programs > FedEx Ship Manager > Utilities > FedEx Ship Manager Server (FSMS) Demand Download. If you do not see this, try searching for Demand Download. If you still do not see it, make sure that you are on the computer on which the FedEx Ship Manager Software (FSMS) is installed.
  3. Check all of the boxes, including Universal Routing and Sort Aid (URSA) Table.
  4. Select the Start button. Wait for the download to complete.
  5. ​When the download is complete, select Exit.
  6. To implement the new rates, restart the computer.
