Error message 'start index cannot be longer than constraint' in Verimove Access

Issue

Client jobs/lists have run successfully through Verimove Access, but getting error: start index cannot be longer than constraint when downloading output file.

Output file is corrupt as there are xtml scripts attached to the file.

Cause

Issue is due to a connection loss while returning the output file.  Unfortunately, it fails outside of Verimove as it occurs in the Windows ASP layer.  Therefore, Verimove thinks the run was successful and deletes the file from the server.
 

Resolution

UPDATED: January 29, 2020
Resolution is to cut the input file in half or smaller files and rerun the job, or use the alternate java option.
