When adding postage in SendPro Online, the message "Global.paymentmethod.unknown: xxxxxxxxxxxx" is displayed.
There is an issue in the Pitney Bowes systems related to your SendPro payment method. This is not a problem with your computer, web browser, or SendPro account.
