Resolve "Internal Consistency Error" when opening a new day for UPS in SendSuite Xpress

Issue

When opening a new day for the UPS carrier in SendSuite® Xpress, the error "Internal Consistency Error" is displayed.

Cause

There is corruption in the SendSuite Xpress index (.cdx) files.
