No classes available when using Envelope Printing on the SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+ (2H00, 8H00)

Issue

When tapping Class on the Envelope Printing screen, no classes are displayed.

Cause

There is a problem with the internal meter software.

Resolution

UPDATED: April 27, 2020
You may be able to clear the error by restarting the meter:
  1. Unplug the power cable.
  2. Wait for the display to turn off.
  3. Wait one minute.
  4. Plug the power cable back in, ensuring that it is plugged directly into a wall outlet.
