The meter displays "Transaction log upload required" and will not run mail until transactions are uploaded.
Transactions need to be uploaded.

- Tap Settings (gear) icon in the global toolbar.
- Scroll down to the Envelope Printer Settings section.
- Tap Sync Transaction Data or Sync USPS Transaction Data.
