Resolving the "Transaction log upload required" message on the SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto

Products affected: SendPro® C Lite, SendPro® C, SendPro®+, SendPro® C Auto  (2H00, 8H00, 9H00)


The meter displays "Transaction log upload required" and will not run mail until transactions are uploaded.


Transactions need to be uploaded.


UPDATED: May 11, 2020
  1. Tap Settings (gear) icon in the global toolbar.
  2. Scroll down to the Envelope Printer Settings section. 
  3. Tap Sync Transaction Data or Sync USPS Transaction Data.
