Resolve "Dispense Postage failed: 1150003" in SendSuite Xpress

Products affected: SendSuite® Xpress


When shipping with carrier PON in SendSuite® Xpress, the following error is displayed:

Dispense Postage failed: 1150003
Account is not having sufficient funds.
  errorCode:insufficient.balance,errorMessage:Account ********** does not have
sufficient balance
  a refill is in progress, please try again.,invalidFields:null..


The refill is taking longer than expected.

  1. Select the OK button in the error message.
  2. Wait 2 minutes.
  3. Try shipping a package again.
If the issue is still not resolved, contact software support.
