"Oops! Something went wrong" message in Trackable Labels on the SendPro C, SendPro+ (2H00, 8H00)

Products affected: SendPro® C, SendPro®+ (2H00, 8H00)

Issue

When attempting to view the Address Book in Trackable Labels on the SendPro C, SendPro+ (2H00, 8H00), the message "Oops! Something went wrong" in SendPro" is displayed.

Cause

If you receive this error when accessing the Address Book in Trackable Labels, there is a connection issue with your Trackable Labels username.

Resolution

UPDATED: April 20, 2020

Log out of Trackable Labels:

  1. Tap Profile (person icon).
  2. Tap Sign Out.
  3. Unplug the power cord.
  4. Wait for the display to turn off.
  5. Wait one minute.
  6. Turn the power back on.
  7. Sign into Trackable Labels.
