When opening Manage Accounts in the Envelope Printing application, you get a white screen.
ResolutionUPDATED: July 26, 2019
- From the Manage Accounts white screen, tap the back arrow until you get to the Home screen.
- Unplug the power cord to the SendPro® C-Series meter.
- Wait one minute.
- Plug the power cord back in and tap the Power button.
Verify the internet connection by tapping the USPS Mobile icon.
Go back to Manage Accounts.
