Issue

UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS 3 Day Select is not available to select in SendPro Online.

Cause

UPS will not return services that are longer and more costly than what UPS Ground would deliver. In some cases based on distance, UPS Ground will be faster and cheaper than UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS 3 Day Select.

Resolution

Select UPS Ground or another available option.
