"File 'c:\xpress\upspksrch.dbf' does not exist" when processing transaction using customized carrier (CL1, CL2, CL3) or Spee Dee in SendSuite Xpress or Ascent

Products affected: SendSuite® Xpress version 3.10, Ascent™, Module T299


After installing the 3.10/10.10 update, when attempting to create a transaction using a custom carrier or Spee Dee, after entering a value in the Manual Freight prompt and selecting OK, the following error is displayed:
Error Number: 1
Error Message: File 'c:\xpress\upspksrch.dbf' does not exist.


The system does not have the carrier UPS as part of the build.
