Tracking number digits in carrier field when using J780 scanner with SendSuite Tracking or SendSuite Xpress

Issue

When scanning a tracking number with the J780 scanner, some digits of the tracking number are carried over to carrier field.

Cause

The J780 driver is not installed on the computer.

Resolution

The drivers for the J780 need to be installed on the computer. This procedure must be performed by a Pitney Bowes representative. Contact software support for assistance.
