Resolve "Error: Invalid Special Service or Special Service Fee Provided" when shipping certified mail via IOP in SendSuite Live

Issue

In SendSuite® Live when shipping certified mail or Return Receipt using carrier IOP, the message "Error: Invalid Special Service or Special Service Fee Provided" is displayed.

Cause

The Special Services Certified, Return Receipt, and Electronic Return Receipt are not supported by carrier IOP - USPS.
