"Unable to calculate shipping charges" message when rating USPS shipment in SendSuite Xpress or Ascent

Issue

When rating a USPS shipment in SendSuite® Xpress or Ascent™, the message "Unable to calculate shipping charges" is displayed.

Cause

The address is incorrect.

Resolution

  1. Verify the address for accuracy and change any incorrect entries.
  2. If error still appears, open the USPS Lookup a Zip Code tool and verify the address. Make any corrections it provides.
