Receiving a package in SendSuite Tracking Online

Products affected: SendSuite® Tracking Online
  1. On the home screen, select Receive.
  2. Scan the carrier barcode or enter the tracking number.
  3. The Carrier should automatically populate based on the barcode scan. If it does not:
    1. Select the Carrier field and start typing the carrier name, or select the drop-down arrow in the Carrier field. A list of recent and suggested carriers will be displayed.
    2. Select the carrier.
  4. The Status field should default to Received. Select the drop-down arrow to change if needed.
  5. Based on the carrier barcode scanned, the Recipient field may populate. If it does not, select the drop-down arrow in the Recipient field and select the appropriate name from the list. If the Recipient is not in the list, you can add them to your contacts.   6. Based on the carrier barcode scanned, the Sender may populate. If it does not, select the drop-down arrow in the Sender field and select the appropriate name from the list. If the sender is not in the list, you can add them to your contacts. For details, see How to add contacts in SendSuite Tracking Online.
  7. (Optional) If the package is damaged, select the Arrived damaged box.
  8. (Optional) Enter any additional comments in the Comments field if desired.
  9. (Optional) Select + under Photos and to select and upload images if desired.
  10. (Optional - only applies if locker integration is enabled) Complete locker details:
    1. Click Locker Bank and select the desired destination locker bank(s). Multiple banks may be selected.
    2. Select the desired size from the Locker Size menu.
    3. Select the appropriate value from the Storage menu.
    4. Select the appropriate value from the Type menu.
    5. Enter a value in the Price field, if desired.
    6. If performing a checkpoint, select the appropriate value from the Checkpoint menu.
  11. Select Save and Print to save the package, print a label, and move to the next package, or select Save to save and move to the next package without printing a label.
