How to resolve the Licensing Error 8800057 after MapInfo Pro Installation

Products affected: MapInfo Pro™
Cause: This is typically caused by installing MapInfo Professional without the correct privileges. Usually occurs when it was not install as an Administrator, typically on Windows 7/Vista/Server 2008 when the Run as Administrator option was not taken during installation.
Resolution: Log on to the machine as an Administrator, run MapInfo Pro as an Administrator (Right Click on the executable and select Run as Administrator. Once it completes, log off and log back in using a normal account.
This process ensures that the correct components are installed and started when running MapInfo Pro.
