Accessing the Spectrum server and client tool logs

Product Affected: Spectrum™ Technology Platform
To access the Spectrum client tool logs (Bootstrap, Management Console, Enterprise Designer, Spectrum Spatial Map Uploader):
  1. Open a Windows Explorer window.
  2. Enter %appdata%/pitney bowes in the address bar.
To access the Spectrum server log:
  1. Navigate to <Spectrum Install>\Pitney Bowes\Spectrum\server\app\repository\logs .
  2. Open the wrapper.log file using a text editor such as notepad.
