Resolve LicenseException: Feature KXD does not exist in license

Feature KXD enables a customer to use expired Centrus data. In order for the error message to disappear, you will need to update their Centrus database to the latest one

If you are not licensed for KXD and would like to use expired data, contact your sales representative to add the feature. If you are licensed for KXD, a new permanent key needs to be created to add the feature.
