How to Report a PBS Hosted Case to Support

Cases for  PBS Hosted cases relating to EngageOne Vault, EngageOne Liaison, or other Hosted or OnDemand Products can be reported to PBS Technical Support using the normal support channels (phone, email, or portal.)  Please reference the name of the Hosted Product being used when reporting an issue.  If reporting a new issue by email (via the software.support@pb.com email address, it can also help expedite the ticket if you CC: Psghostedservices@pb.com.

A case will be created, and PBS Technical Support will alert the PSG Hosted Services Group to investigate and resolve the case.  PBS Technical Support will retain ownership of the issue and liaise with the client under the issue is resolved.
