Resolve the difference between "generalized" and "ungeneralized" Zip Code region data found in the 5-digit ZIP CODE product

Product affected: US Multinet 5-digit Zip Codes™
The "Generalized" zipcode region data has had the "nodes" thinned, a process where nodes are removed, but the basic shape of the object is preserved.  Ungeneralized regions have a higher node count that defines the perimeter of the region in greater detail than the Generalized regions.

The Generalized "thinned" file will load, pan and zoom faster than the more detailed "un-generalized" region objects, due to the reduced number of nodes that define the shape of the object.
