Resolve Spectrum: Access Key Format Invalid Error

Customer received a permanent key from Production Distribution Services (PDS). They follow the instructions in the Install Guide on "Activating Features after Installation" and get an error that the key is an "Access Key Format Invalid" for installation.


The key that was sent the customer is not an access key but a permanent key. The Access Key installer should not be used to install the permanent key.

The permanent key will need to go into <Spectrum Server Location>server/app/import folder
