Resolve connection issue between management and execution servers on Automate BPA

Issue

No connection between management and execution servers and Automate BPA agent is showing as red. Error in Event viewer: "Agent authentication of WIN-UD8OUGHM8GJ failed because your CAL count has been exceeded".
 

Cause

The license might have only one CAL. Even though the machine is not connected, it will still take up a client access license.

Resolution

UPDATED: November 29, 2017
Check that there is only one agent machine listed if the license only has one CAL. In Server Management console: Agents, there should only be one machine listed, on which the user want to use the Agent. Even though the machine is not connected, it will still take up a client access license.
