Resolving a GRID Handler Issue in GIS(MAPXTREME.NET)

Product affected: MapXtreme™

That RasterGridHandlers's path should be before Oracle Installation path. The customer Environment variables path, however, is after the Oracle installation path (which is wrong)

The customer Environment variables path comes before RasterGridHandlers as shown in example below:-

C:\app\bh007sh\product\11.2.0\client_1;C:\app\bh007sh\product\11.2.0\client_1\bin;C:\Program Files \Common Files\MapInfo\MapXtreme\7.1.0\RasterGridHandlers;

A. RasterGridHandlers's path should be before Oracle Installation path.
Environment variables for raster RasterGridHandlers .
C:\Program Files \Common Files\MapInfo\MapXtreme\7.1.0\RasterGridHandlers;c:\oracle;c:\oracle\bin;C:\app\bh007sh\product\11.2.0\client_1;C:\app\bh007sh\product\11.2.0\client_1\bin;
B. if PATH only contains one installation of Oracle 32 bit, it will not work on 64-bit.
Please install both 32 bit and 64 bit Oracle dev components on the machine and try to run .
PATH should contain both 32 and 64-bit installation path.
Important info for 64-bit and 32-bit platform:
1. "Active Solution Configuration" is Debug
2. "Active Solution Platform" is AnyCPU
1. If users try to run this website from VS2010, it will try to load 32-bit assemblies from Gac32 (if 32-bit assemblies are also present, otherwise program will try to load 64-bit assemblies) irrespective to what RasterGridHandlers (32 0r 64-bit) path set in PATH variable.
2. If users want to run this web site from VS2010 on x64 platform. please try to add win32 and x64 platform configuration to customer website and try to debug both the 32 and 64-bit platform application, user will get correct result but make sure for 32/64-bit issue, the correct RasterGridHandlers (32/64) path is set.
