This Error could be because of the below mentioned reasons:

1) Certificates are not installed .
2) Certificates have been expired or they are not bound with the ports on which various EngageOne Delivery Audit/MAIL360 DataManager Services run.
3) Certificate server name including upper and lower case name of server does not match exactly in the  Mail360IdentityServerUI.config.xml.

UPDATED: June 18, 2019
  • Certificates are required to allow secured communication between the services and Web UIs. Therefore, certificates need to be installed on the machines running the services and UIs as mentioned in the MAIL360 Data Manager/ EngageOne Delivery Audit Installation and Administration Guide.
  • If the certificates have been expired, then you need to get new certificates from a third-party. If you want to use self-signed certificates, you can make one by using the makecert command. If certificates are not bound with the port(s), you need to execute the following command for binding a port with the certificate.
          Netsh.exe http add sslcert ipport= appid={00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000} certhash=thumbprint
  •  You need to replace thumbprint with certificate's thumbprint.  Above command (after replacing thumbprint) should be run four times with various ports on which Mail360 Services run.
  • Once the certificate is bind with the ports , then IIS need to restarted and DataManager/Identity server UI need to be open a new IE session.
  • Make sure the  certificate server name including upper and lower case name of the server matches exactly in the  Mail360IdentityServerUI.config.xml as shown:   "HostIdentityServer" value=" xxx"
