Resolve scans events for a specific mailer are not coming in EngageOne Delivery Audit



Scans/events not getting received for a specific mailer id in EngageOne Delivery Audit


Possible reasons could be:

  1. Client Bus or Message Receiver service is down/not running.
  2. The mailer is not registered either with USPS or with the EngageOne Delivery Audit Hub.

Possible resolution are:

  1. Verify that Client Bus or Message Receiver is up and running.
  2. A mailer must be registered with USPS as well as the Engage One Delivery Audit Hub. For information on this, refer the Hub Administrator’s Guide.
